These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BebeMake mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service, you must create an account. This is required because photo generations are tied to your personal credit balance, purchase validation, and private storage of your uploaded and generated photos. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Optional profile fields (such as gender and date of birth) are not required to use the Service.

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are required to generate AI photos and are sold through Apple’s App Store. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable (unless required by law), and expire only when your account is deleted.
By uploading photos, you grant BebeMake a limited license to process and store the content solely to provide the Service. Generated images remain associated with your account. You retain ownership of your photos, and we do not claim rights beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.
We may use automated tools to help detect prohibited content and prevent abuse. If we believe content or usage violates these Terms or applicable law, we may refuse processing, limit access, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
The Service, including software, branding, and content (excluding your photos), is owned by BebeMake or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, 100% secure, or free of errors. Generated images are for entertainment purposes only and should not be used for medical, legal, or other critical decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BebeMake and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us minus the value of consumed credits.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to us. You may request account deletion at any time from within the app (Profile → More Actions → Delete Account). To help prevent accidental deletion, we may ask you to confirm your email address. Account deletion is permanent and deletes your account and associated content stored in the Service. You should save locally any generated photos you want to keep before deleting your account, because deleted content cannot be recovered. We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law (for example, accounting records or security logs).
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Canada, without regard to their conflict of laws principles.
